Default H22a Hesitation Problem

So I own a 1992 Honda Prelude with a swapped H22a motor and tranny. It's having a problem bogging down right before hitting 3000 RPM. And it jerks you around when shifting or letting off the gas. After it starts to bog down then pick back up again it seems it has less power than before it bogged down. I've replaced the distributor cap, it's got NGK wires, NGK plugs, and new a new distributor rotor. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated. Thanks

And how would I fix that? Where could it be coming from? I'm probably asking some noobish questions here. I'm a little new to the Honda scene.
