Default TURN SIGNAL'S NOT WORKING! HELP PLEASE!

So my turn signal's aren't working on my 97 honda civic hx right now.. Fuse is fine, but Hazard's do work.. I'm trying to figure out what would be causing this problem.. I do have a 00 dx cluster in a 97 hx didn't think it would matter. 2 bigger blue wires and a small yellow and white one, all connected besides that one white one . Not sure what it wen't to but some people say that it's not needed.

Any help on this ? thanks.

Do you have voltage at the lamp. No blink, or no voltage. If no voltage go back to your connections and find out where you have voltage.

With a multimeter or other voltage meter can you verify that the light is getting voltage. You obviously need voltage to turn the light on. I am trying to get at a voltage or continuity problem, or a blinker switch problem. Your fuse looks ok, or actually has voltage going across it.

If the hazard lights work then the problem is either a blown fuse. [signal light fuse] the hazard light switch itself, [power for both hazard and signal lights go through the hazard switch] or wiring.

First check the turn signal lights fuse, fuse 12 - 7.5A in under dash fuse box, [hot in run and start.

Do not just eyeball the fuse, test it with a 12V test light, or replace with a known working 7.5A fuse.
If fuse is good, pull the hazard switch and test the yellow/black lead with ign on, [signal light power input], if power is there test the green/white lead with hazard light switch off and ign. on, [signal light power output].
If those are both good test the green/orange going to the combination light switch, with ign. switch on [signal light switch power input] if good test the green/red, [left] and green/yellow, [right] signal light switch outputs.

Let me know what you find. 94
