Default Idle Issues? ECU The Culprit?

Ok ht. i was autocross racing this weekend hellraising my car, when i finished that race my car was idleing at 2k. I might have over revved once. Have a b20/b16 in 96 civ hatch. last tuning was in feb 2010. If i start my car it idles low. Around 200-500. If i drive normal and slow never exceeding 3200 rpms it idles normal around 700. But as soon as I go above 32 or 3300 and stepp on the clutch, it drops to 700 then raises and idles at 1500 continuously. No fluctuations. If i go up to 5 or 6k it idles around 2k. When I stop at a light and it idles at 2k Ill turn the car off then on and car returns to 700 at idle. Checked vacuum lines, wires, etc. Need help, get tuned again, reset ecu(if so how), and anything else u can think of.

thanks

What engine management did you have the car tuned on?
Is the check engine light on (car throwing any codes) at any time?

My guess is that your rolling idle and general idle parameters need to be tuned.

no cel light and no "blinking lights" on the ecu. like i said no problems until the race last weeknd when i might have gone a little too high on the revs. thinking about cleaning the iacv and ficv but i honestly think it is an electrical or ecu problem.
