Default Passenger Heated seat

I have a 01 cl type s and the right seat (heat high and low) wont work. I checked the fuses,and the seat.... Need some more suggestions.
The car is also for sale.......

The seat heater itself is probably burnt out. You can remove the plug from the clip and measure the impedence of the heater. There are 3 pins. Black cable from your DMM goes in the middle pin then measure the impedence from the other pins should be around 9 ohms if good. Really high impedence if dead. It's a common failure on all Acura's with heated seats.
