Whats up guys on oct 13th i'm going to island dragway in jerse. its my first time to any track i'm going down there with some maxima buddys. anyway was wondering if anyone had any tips for me being my first time and all. any suggestions would be helpful thanks

oh by the way what should i be shooting for in the way of times ?

 

when the last yellow light lights up. that is when to jump. bring an air compresor to inflate your tires incase you deflate them too much. deflating your tires will give better grip but less top end. and have fun good luck

 

oh yea .. forgot to mention i have to drive 2 hours to get to the track ... how long should i let my car rest for before i race ?

 

try for a 15.9

 

just pop tthe hood when you get there and by the time you get registered and put the numbers on your window and go to the bathroom. and get drinks eat and then go to the bathroom again ( you dont want to be going down the track and have to go) no wait you do cause then you'll go faster HEHE. then it should be cool. but once you race like 2-3 times your car will be right back to opperating temp.

 

But be happy with low 16s. Have fun.

 

i'm going to take the gtec with me and see how acurate that thing is compared to the real thing should be good. with the gtec i ran a 15.8 consitantly
