ok guys ima try to explain the best i can.
knocking sound only when i drive in gear, when im in Nutrual its fine even if i rev it up. the knock only comes when in gear and at about 2 rpm and higher. its D16Z6 and I just did a clutch replacement. everything that goes with it.
I have no freakin idea what this is please help!!!

here's the thing tho, it did this before i changed the clutch and i know i tighten everything done, this was not my first clutch

 

I have had this same situation happened to me on a totally different platform... Actually, it was an FC RX-7.. The synchros took a **** in the transmission... Not saying this is your problem, but I know that's what happened to me... How about checking the axles?
