Default Balancer belt help??

Okay, I have the timing belt on and lined up everywhere, but the balancer belt is off a little on the balancer shaft side. I can't get the little bolt into the maintenance hole to line up exactly after getting the belt on. I mean like maybe having to turn the crank 5 deg. or so for the bolt to slip in. Is this okay? or does the balancer shaft have to line up exactly? thanks again guys...gary.

With the crank lined up to tdc, your balancer shaft tool should slide right in.
