Rolling fenders?

Rolling fenders?
I wanna lower my car some more but I'm going to have to roll the fenders. I have a 98 civic coupe. I haven't really checked it out but can the front rendered be rolled. It seems like there isn't any lip. Can someone post a pic if they've done it.
