so today i noticed that my condenser fan fuse keeps blowing and when im driving the car it will try to stall out and flick the CEL for a second and then i check the fuse on the condenser fan and it will be popped. any link to why its doing this? and i keep replacing the fuse over and over its a 89 si hatch dont use the ac at all OBD0

 

The motor is probably toast on the fan - everytime it tries to run it makes the idle drop from the massive power draw to start it. When that happens it over loads the fuse and pops it. Check your idle setting as well. Are you sure you don't have the A/C button depressed?

Stop putting the fuse in.

 

no i checked it but its just wierd and last night on the road my car started like jerking and tug when i pushed the gas pedal, it would jerk and tug and while on the freeway at 60 it did it again. Im checking out the main relay today cuz i was curious if it was that so i started flicking the relay while the car was on and it died. if that helps

 

Yes - sounds like your main relay is bad then.

 

so i tried 2 relays and it feels like its the wiring to it cuz i have to push down the plug into the relay and it will click on. should i de-pin the plug?

 

and how do i depin them also i ripped out the dash and noticed no burnt up wires either so. i put everything back sort of, the main relay hangs of the wiring too
