2000 integra gsr spurting after like 2500 when accelerating slowly
Sorry if i explain this horribly but it's the best i can do i have a 2000 integra gsr with the whales ***** intake so the sensor which plugs in wont reach i have skunk 2 pro series intake manifold i have type r replica headers with vibrant exhaust and obd1 with type R map ECU. when i drive normally and i am either accelerating slowly or just crusing at anything over 2500 it starts spurting kinda like an automatic bb gun or something lol if this could be many problems just list the main ones or causes it may be pretty much if it's not the problem i still learned it (-:
Is this a base map on a chipped ECU? If so your issue is more than likely that it needs to be tuned properly. Is the check engine light on?
it's just a obd1 with type r map thats all. and just put in the stock ecu and still does it has never done it before and jsut randomly started i also had the mods with stock ecu for awhile and t didnt do it.
Is your check engine light on?
Fuel and fire are what you should be looking at if the CEL isn't on. Low fuel pressure or week spark. That is where I would start looking. When was the last time you did a complete tune up?
