Rough Idle & Hesitant Accelaration @ 1500 K

Hello,
I Have a 1993 Honda Del Sol with a 1997 Acura Integra GS-R swap (STOCK). I have recently started to notice a rough Idle. During accelaration it hesitates until about 1500-2500 RPM. Theres absolutely no check engine light. And the rough Idle and Accelaration stays on even after the car warms up. I was wondering if I could just get some insight to my predicament. Any Helpful answers to the following is much appreciated:

What causes Rough Idle?

How to properly set Idle for a 1997 Acura Integra GS-R.

What causes Hesitant/ Lagging/ Delayed Accelaration?

How to properly check
faults for Hesitant/ Lagging/ Delayed Accelaration

Could Stale Fuel be the problem?

How long is fuel good for and what can I do to remedy fuel gone or starting to go bad?

Should I consider Timing or a Tune?

check your distributer ... all ignition components

ive turned cars on fine with fuel sittin for 2 years ...

The "idle air control valve" IACV gets dirty and clogs. It's on the back top of the intake manifold. Take it off and spray throttle body cleaner through it until it runs clear. I'm pretty sure team-Integra has a write up on advanced ignition testing and one on cleaning your IACV. How are your plugs and wires? They could be the culprit as well.
