Default fuel pump doesnt kick on, and my ecu light doesnt turn on...HELP lol

i have a 90 crx si with a b18b1 swap, we converted it to obd0. i'm runnin a obd0 pr4 ecu. i got the car running, but there was no oil bein pumped into the head so i pulled the pump off and put a different one on, timed it, went to start it and when i turn the car on, the fuel pump doesnt click also the light in the center of my ecu doesnt turn on? its been one thing after the other with this thing lol i was told there is supposed to be a wire to the oil pump and thats why the other one wasnt working but i dont remember unplugging a wire or plugging one in when we did the swap and i dont really see one hanging anywhere. anyone have any ideas? the car ran fine when i started the swap

UPDATE
replaced the fuel pump relay, when i turned the car on the fuel pump clicked and the check engine light came on. tried to start it a few times but it didnt start. after a few tries, the check engine light stopped coming on and the fuel pump stopped clicking. the light didnt come on in the ecu any of the times. anyone got any ideas?
