Default 95 teg automatic trans problem*HELP*

so i got this 95 4dr integra automatic with 101xxx miles, i been useing it for a few weeks now with no problems.then one day while driving in 4 gear the car just started feeling like it has lost alot of power and was just bogging down and it basically felt like it wanted to go but at the same time didnt want to go.. kinda like a jerking or hesitation feeling... also some times while im at a complete stop and i go to pull out the car will like hestitate between gears like 1-2 or 2-3,to go and it just feels like its holding back or kinda bogging...itll stay running and keep going but theres a big drop in power then all of sudden it snaps out of it and just goes like no problem.im not sure if its sometning with the tranny or something electrical but there is no CEL... lmk what u guys think
