Having a weird issue that I can't figure out. When in 3rd gear and up, the car is walking right to left. Its fine til about 5800rpm. It's not a consistent pull to one side. I am running MT 235/60/15 DR in front and falken 195/55/15 in the rear. Car is on ground control coilovers and KYB AGX's. The front is all the way up. Running a full race traction bar and Avid mounts. I have ES torque mount inserts. I have 15MM spacers on the front wheels.
The alignment on the car is perfect and tires are not out of balance. If I ease the car up to speed, everything is fine and car drives perfectly straight. I can't tell in 2nd because it just lights the tires up. Car is making around 490hp.

you might want to try a stiffer rear spring rate. the rear of the car is squating down a good amount. that might be enough to change your suspension geometery in the front.
I have a similar issue with my car. I get on it on the street, and if I get traction it starts to swim all over the road. I get it to the track, and it goes straight as ****. Enough reason for me to keep mine off of the street.
What kind of rims are u running on the car ? Are they hub centric if not I would advise u to get hub rings. If you're rims are not sitting 100% in the centerline will cause bad shimmy and torque steer. Hope that helps.
we have always had problems with any fwd Honda over 550whp with good tires, its fine when is spins but as soon as it hooks its a fight to keep it in one lane.
My tires were not balanced. As soon as I got them rebalanced I tried it again on the street and it was a lot better. It still does it but not as bad. At the track with my slicks it goes straight as an arrow.
I had a similar issue in my turbo VW. It would slightly loose traction in higher gears under full throttle- roads are never completely flat so it seemed even the smallest wave in the road would slightly unload/unsettle the tire just enough to make it pull on way or another. Under less load/power it was completely fine and pulled straight.

I'm going to try 225/50/15 MT's and see if the issue goes away. I have a feeling the car is squatting too much in the rear and the front of the car is jacked all the way up to fit the 235's. If it goes away, I probably need a stiffer spring or strut in the rear of the car. I will let you know what I find out.
I too have had this problem. All front end bushings were replaced, got car aligned with me in it and corner balanced with me in it, new motor mounts and traction bars, couple of other small tweaks and now the car goes ALOT straighter!
yup. My old setup at 670hp, I used to run it on the street all the time. But i litterally scared me cause as soon as it hooked that sucker moved and id let off. Now id rather just cruise lol.
