I am rebuilding this motor and have ran into this issue,..My crankshaft is stiff after I torque all the rod caps to spec and then try to rotate the crank. It requires two hands and ratchet to turn rotation (seems very stiff). I have removed the two center rod caps and then the cranks turns freely. What am I doing incorrect.

 

What are the measurements that you got when you measured the clearances for the bearings?
