Alpine Stereo Into a 98 Acura Integra
I am new at this stuff and would really like to install my own stereo into my 1998 acura integra ls. What would I need and how would I install it? Any help would be beyond appreciated!!

Companies like Crutchfield (google search) will actually include decent instructions for your specific car and full telephone tech support if you have any questions while your installing it.
If you don't want to want to deal w/the hassle your local stereo shop likely includes installation if you purchase a head unit from them etc..
GL, Cheers, and welcome to HT.
A harness adapter for sure, and a kit to make the install easy, a custom install using the stock pocket is a little harder and more time consuming and will requier a little fabricating skill, but will look better, [more stock].
A custom install would also be needed if you wanted a stealth install.
This is a G2... http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs...PDF/466049.asp but other then it being a little harder to get at the two 8mm machine screws, [to remove stock HU] and a little harder to back brace the aftermarket HU, it's pretty much the same as your 98.
