Icon3 removing a pin from an obd0 connector

some wires leading to my distributor are cut and soldered on the dash harness side i think there are 12 wires coming out of the white connector any idea how to remove them and install a new pin? then re install back into the connector? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

you need a very small tool...i use a bobby pin, theres a little tab that needs to be pushed aside from the inside of the plug, then pull the wire out from the back
