Anyone have a review on the D2 coilover setup? I'm thinkin it's as good or better than the TEIN's for the money. Going on a 99 DB8 Integra.

There are pictures floating around in this very forum of D2's that have failed horribly while on the car.
Here's one I wouldn't put those on my car.

Don't just jump on tein's nuts. Yea, they're ok, but often times you can do better for less money.

For example, Koni/gc, PIC, and AMR.

low end Tein's are no better than D2 or any of that other garbage. If for somereason you feel the need to have a full coilover, go with the progress CSII for the money. I'd personally go koni/GC or a decent set of dampers like illuminas and good springs if your trying to stay budget.

no need to get coilovers unless your racing and need to corner balance your car.

The Koni/GC setup looks nice, thanks for the tips. I'll check more into it tom and Friday before I make a decision. Appreciate all the responses..

Twinkies are cheaper than New York cheesecake, are they a better deal?

Also, tein would be more like a bagel anyway. Koni/GC is the new york cheesecake.
