Someone bumped into me and knocked my headlight out of wack. Help!
So its my headlight assembly thats not in the correct place. A lady backed into my baby and barely moved the headlight so its not in the center anymore. I looked in the owners manual about adjusting the headlights but I think thats for the projector itself and not the assembly. How can I get it centered again?
Thanks,Austin

yeah if u havent looked at the mounting brackets, do that first. I had someone back into me and the square tow hook pushed the headlight but i didnt notice it til i got to work. Thought it was fine and somehow nothing was scratched. Sure enough broken mounting tabs and headlight dangling. Cost his insurance a pretty penny. I would guess a tab was bent or broken cuz there isnt much room for them to move or flex in place the way theyre bolted in. Either way, just like he said, remove the bumper if u cant readjust from the top bolts alone.
I took the bumper off today and checked the brackets. They all look good. its going to the shop Sunday so ill just get them to fix it up. I tried to adjust it a little bit but i dont want to make a bad situation worse.
It's fairly simple to do it yourself, but it seems you have no mechanical skills so a shop would be more ideal. Lets hope they don't charge you an arm and a leg.
Lossen the two 10mm bolts that hold the head lights in place on top, reinstall clip, center the lights and tighten bolts. 94
