I did see that but i believe when sneakychaos owned it he modded the internals, suspension,etc then returned it to stock before selling. Just wanted to confim those mods were or were not done...he had a few type r at the time...thx

 

I believe the current owner was led to believe the car was stock but a search seems to indicate otherwise...to me its the difference between buying a unmodded type r vs one that had been very modded and returned to stock. Just want to know what i might be getting into.

I've had 3 different Type-R's, but this was my first. I bought it brand new from Radley Acura.

I know that while I had it I had at installed the following mods at least:
AEM CAI
JDM 4-1 header
Catco High Flow Cat
Apex'i V-AFC
Toda Spec B's
Toda cam gears
Koni/GC suspension
Spoon N1 axleback
Exedy Clutch
Fidanza Flywheel

I'm almost certain this is the same car that we installed the Toda Spec.b's in the parking lot of our hotel down at VIR the night before a track weekend. Ran like a champ.

Exactly! I'm a car nut by heart and to know a little history of a car, especially a type-r, is always something i am looking for. Thx for posting to the thread and confirming a few thing i found from some old, old threads. And just to reiterate to the current owner/seller, i wasnt trying to be a pain i just wanted to dig a little deeper into the history of the car to know if it was the one for me. Thx again all.
