RPM arent working
My friend has a 99 civic and noticed that the Rpm guage isnt working... When you start the car it will jump to 1000 then it will go back to 0.. Car runs.. Even if you rev it the rpm guage dont work... Anyone know what it could be???... He just replaced the dizzy .. Can that be the problem??
