Found a bone stock 91' CRX Si
To start, a little intro and my background. I'm a certified master Volvo technician of 7 yrs, im 26 now, a huge car addict as i have owned many cars in the past and currently own a 95' BMW 540i 6spd which i have finally finished restoring (1 of 7), a MINT 90' BMW 325is 5spd, an 87' Shelby Z Daytona 5spd, and now a beloved 91' CRX Si 5spd. This is my second crx, i had an 89 Si a few years ago but sold it 2 weeks later, as it was a complete rust bucket
A little run down on the car, the interior is a 9.5 out of 10, exterior 6.5 out of 10 to my standards. I bought it from the original owner (older couple) who saved EVERY single service record, amazing! It was well loved and cared for, always garaged and will continue to be cared for. My plans for the car are to restore it to its original glory with upgrades to the suspension, wheels, and fix the minor rust. I also want to add many rare OEM parts to the car over time, so let the hunting begin... Car leaks zero oil, pulls hard, tracks straight and has just had a major overhaul with the A/C system, including all new lines and compressor, which was performed at the Honda dealer by the prev owner...
yea they loved it...and good for me
Ive had the car for about 2 months now, and already replaced a ton of stuff, all new OEM..
-Plugs, fuel filter, air filter
-Front Si lip spoiler,
-Rear section exhaust fitted with new 90-93 oem integra tips (wanted the closest look to the SiR muff)
-Fully adjustable Koni yellows with H&R race springs, new top mounts
-Performed a coolant flush, oil change, replaced the trans fluid with BG syncro-mesh
-Password JDM shift boot, skunk2 weighted **** and other little stuff here and there, but i'll just let the pics show the progress over the past 2 months
Completely Stock after i took her home

And now onto the revival

90-93 OEM Integra tips

i couldnt stand the condition these were in...

Im using 180 grit, 400, 1000, 2000 then spraying them with duplicolor silver wheel paint, then masking off and painting the center "H" with black.. i do have a question though... were the "H" centers ever painted red??? im asking because in Forza 3 the "H" was red on those center caps instead of black. i searched and couldn't find any info, and lol i know a video game is not the best research
Pics of the new shift boot, im also going to see if the OEM CD player will still work. i was back there while putting the boot in and no power is hooked up to it... lets hope for the best

Koni adjustables and H&R race

A shot at my local track after suspension install

Mud flaps

And here is a rear shot with the new stance, exhaust, and mudflaps installed.. Shes starting to look a ton better. And i spoiled her with a sweet steering wheel which should be here by the end of the month...and yes its an OEM wheel

So hows that for an intro thread? lol

omg that thing is SPOTLESS!! you must be very meticulate to say it's a 6.5 out of 10, mine would probably be a 1 out of 10 lol. that oem cd player may need an oem tape player with an option for an aux in or something. jw any plans for wheels? IMO it just doesn't look right lowered on the stock wheels...
