Street Tunning needed???
... a better term for street tuning would be tuning partial throttle... basically, you need to tune for partial throttle since this is where you spend most of the time driving... how often to work/school/store are you at wide open throttle like on a dyno?... so tuning for partial throttle is just as important as dyno tuning IMHO...

I would say street tuning is MORE important than dyno tuning. Spend the majority of your time on the street fine tuning your car. Once the street tuning is complete the dyno should only take an hour or two (tops). The dyno does not simulate real world driving (i.e. intercooler effectiveness, real load, etc). Adjustments made on the dyno should be very minimal, mostly dealing with your timing and vtec (if you have it) crossover point.
... tuning air fuel ratio for either power or fuel economy... i am not sure on the ratios (someone help out)... but tuning to a particular ratio will yield you more power... and tuning to a different ratio will give you the best fuel economy... it depends on what you wanna do...
