Up for sale is this 03 Evo 8. Nationally competitive autocross car that usually takes FTD at local events. Numerous mods to max the car out in BSP class.
93xxx miles, clean title, VIN upon request. Located in Bellingham, MA
Asking 11,500
Modifications include:
-Stance 3 way adjustable (high and low speed bump, rebound)coilovers with custom rates
-Toyo T1R tires 245-40-17
-Perrin rear sway with stout mounts (off the car)
-New front brake calipers and Hawk HP+ pads all around
-Evo9 front limited slip
-Rear diff rebuilt for better lockup by Jon Ripple at TRE
-AMS brake ducts
-ACT clutch (same as OEM but with stronger spring)
-Perrin rear sway-bar end-links
-Fujitsubo 3" cat-back exhaust
-Hi-flow 3" cat (passes MA state inspection)
-3" down-pipe
-Hallman boost controller
-AMS improved-flow lower intercooler pipe
-K&N air filter
-Walbro 255 LPH hi-flow fuel pump
-ECU reflash: 102 octane/27 psi boost (or 93 octane/25 psi)
-10.5 turbo hot-side (from later Evo 8/Evo 9)
-Light-weight Odyssey PC-680 battery
The car will also include - A fresh performance alignment and corner weight per the new owners specifications, or just a check on the current competition setup.
Other parts available at extra cost - Race wheels and tires - 18x10 +22 Enkie RP03 Front, 18x9.5 +35 RPF1 rear with 2 good 285-35-18 Hoosiers, Blizzak snow tires on a second set of EVO 8 wheels, and Cusco Titanium 3pt strut bar.
Things you should know about the car -
-Small rust spot on driver 1/4 panel
-Small crack in right front fender
-Scuff on right headlight
-Some scuffs and imperfections in the interior from transporting race tires and gear
-All the wheels have some curb damage in some way or another
-SRS light is on, I suspect a problem with the driver airbag or clock spring
-Slight grind into 5th gear on a rushed shift
