Default Oil Control Orifice

I'm looking at installing an F23A5 head (nonVTEC) onto a F22B2 block (nonVTEC). The F23A5 block does not have an oil control orifice, but the F22B2 block does. F23A1 (VTEC) does have an oil control orifice. So, when installing the A5 head onto the B2 block, should I leave the orifice installed? Or remove it?

I managed to figure it out on my own. Since the F23A5 block does not have an oil control orifice, and there's one built into the head, logic dictates to remove the one from the F22B2 block
