Unbolt it and the whole assembly will come out the bottom the fan and motor come as one you have to replace them both.

Service manual will have the details but it is not hard to do if I remember correctly it's only 3 or 4 bolts

Member-Hatch:
My RSX2003-blower-motor died on me & I just finished ripping it out.
It involved:
Removing the passenger foot-panel (3 push-button-fasteners below the glove-box);
Removing the passenger side-kick-panel (Prying carefully at bottom to release the 2 fasteners from the chassis & the passenger trim-strip on the bottom of the door-opening also has to be pried off the kick-panel so that the strips-tongue(overlays kick-panel-tongue) doesn't break like mine did), - to get to the 3rd blower-motor-screw.
Removing 3 mounting bolts from the ECM/PCM module(leaving it hanging while the cables are still connected to the front of it, so that you don't have to enter the Radio security code) - so that the blower-motor can be maneuvered out of the bottom of its Blower-unit-assembly.
