best way to adjust pulleys?
my car got in a side-on hit (hit on right side) a long time ago. fixed it all and you can't even tell it was hit.
the only problem that remains is that the A/C condensor pulley is..off. like an inch wrong from where it should be. so the serpentine belts keep getting torn because they ride the side of the pulley and eventually just split apart. i keep warrantying the belts at pep boys and replacing them (lol), but i kind of want to fix the problem.
the biggest issue is the 3.0 engine is so big in the compartment that there isn't any room to even get a ratchet around the pulley

The only thing I see by fixing this problem is to replace that pulley; otherwise, it'll just repeat like you said.
There's gotta be a way around it somehow; I know it sucks with those V6 when it comes to putting in some wrench time.
