Engine almost off at low RPM...Help!!

Engine almost off at low RPM...Help!!
My engine seem like no fuel left and wanna go off when when I start it, then after 10 or 15 second...it become normal.........but sometime it just find from the beginning........
PS: I've already fulfill the gas....So, It's not a gas problem I think....
I'm so poor in English...sorry...
