i want to paint them that white color but im not to sure what color white i should get

ALSO please, i know when painting my rims, i can polish them, but i shouldnt have to if i paint them white, right? or should i polish them even tho i will paint them the white color?

 

shouldnt need to polish them but you will need to degrease the shoot out of them then scruff them up so the paint will stick well, and be sure to buy some good quality paint otherwise they will chip and cause headaches down the road.

I can almost guarantee that with the level of over thinking that you are doing in this post AND the last post you will more than likely NOT have satisfactory results. You are over complicating things to the Nth degree. Take it somewhere that can do it or get someone to help you that seems to have a better grasp on the process.

Uh. A paint and Body shop maybe? You know they can paint more than just vehicles you know. You can also have the tires removed and get them powder coated. You're even over complicating this train of thought. You're in over your head.

 

Whats a type r hx wheel?

I thought a type r was either an accord, integra or ek9... And hx wheels came off a civic hx... Im confused.

Just paint and wet sand after using 1000grit

 

He just wants to paint his HX's "Championship White" like a Type R (his words) BUT he doesn't understand the process. At all.

Doesn't mater anyway. Now he's trying to sell them.

 

Anyone know how much he wants for em? And why doesn't this cat just get em powdered? Spray paints Gunna cause too much hassle and they'll end up looking garbage.
