Default Relocated Battery, have a question about the Jumper Terminals...

Ok so this is basically how my wire tuck looks atm, everything has been relocated and I have the jumper terminals right behind the passanger side headlight. I'm using 8 gauge wire for the jumper terminals, is that too small for when I might need to get jumped? Last thing I want is to be jumping my car and have those 2 8 gauge wires burn up, they are roughly 6 inches long.

8 guage is a bit small for jumper terminals... I am rinning 4 guage from my battery reloc kit. I am also running a 0 guage ground from battery to chassis ground... all of my other grounds have been upgraded to 8 or better. Just remember the better the ground the better the charge....

As the picture shows running all 0 gauge for grounds (except amps, which are 8 gauge). Just ran out of 0 or 4 gauge post on the terminals, so wired the "jumper terminals" using 8 gauge. I guess I'll have to take another look at it and see how I can attach some 4 gauge from the battery to the jumper terminals.
