I'm positive that is a 99-00 Civic rear bumper.

Looks like a 98 to me.. but then again, I'm thinking about the 2 dr rear which is a lil squarer around the edges...

96-98 coupe and sedan have same rear bumper, as do the 99-00 coupe and sedan. that is definitely a 99-00 rear...

good start but i really hate those wheels and i hate it when people throw on an unpainted ctr grill. nothing screams rice more than that.
