Default Rubber boot on shifter?

There's a rubber boot that goes on the ball of the shifter lever. It's between the dust boot that covers the hole and sits on the plate that is bolted on to the linkage. It goes on the ball shaped part of the shifter. Mine is all torn up and I can't seem to find a new one.

They are about $20 at your local Honda dealer.
