is it basically stock? Has the timing belt and water pump been replaced? Would you want to sell the rims and or trade them with cash on top if you cant get a bid on whole car? I might be interested in the whole but I am worried about it sitting for a few years

I understand. Thats what happened to me. I bought the car and it just sat. Previous owner did timing belt and water pump right before he sold it to me.
