Did you try Majestic Honda? www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. Or call around to all of your local parts stores. If they can't help, try somewhere like partstrain.com. TONS of resources for this. And ... Umm... Chill out. If you want to work on your car, you're going to have to be able to deal with these frustrations in another manner. No one else on here will reply to a post that sounds like a transcription of my 4 year old niece when she needs a nap. Either way, good luck with finding your stuff.

jhpusa sells a TPS for $35 or so. Not sure if it's what you're looking for.

Yeah it's the same exact motor, the lx is the luxury model i guess..power windows, locks, etc..but the motor is the d15 tbi model. Yeah it sucked bigtime, but i got a dohc zc and swapped it, now having problems with it lol, can't win...but i'll never quit!

Honda doesn't sell just the TPS alone. All the TPS should be the same from Civic 88-00 integra 89-01 and other year model Honda/Acura. Why not just buy a new TPS like from ebay and install it yourself. It's real easy as long as you have a multimeter.

did u try hondapartscheap.com?
if it is so hard to find the dpfi tps,
and since apparently it is easy to find crx/civic si/ex's,
why not just grab the distributor from one
as well as the intake manifold and ECU
and convert to mpfi?????????

just a thought

I have a D15B1, DPFI and I just bought an omni power tps. It's whichever one is compatible with d-series engines. The representative said it wouldn't work, but from what i've read, i just de-pin the connectors and swap both side wires (green/white and yellow/white). I'll try to install it tonight and let you know how it goes. Right now, my car's idle will sporadically shoot up and come back down eventually or if i tap the gas.

mine is causeing the throttle to stick we taken off the throttle body cleaned it made sure its not snagging the throttle cable. disconected it lubed it made sure there was no biding replaced the entire pedal assembly...

only problem is not the right tps the old one where the bolts were at litearlly fell off so it cant be bolted i have no choice but get a new tps period

this is the omni power that i found this and jazz pro parts are the only places ive seen that say they would fit
http://thmotorsports.com/omni_power/.../i-403927.aspx

but jazz pro has had my payment thing for like 8 days not there is no recall of the order or payment sent luckly i was never charged i hear bad bad things bout them

but http://thmotorsports.com/omni_power/.../i-403927.aspx

is the only place i found for tps that says it will fit 1.5 dx but can it be trusted?

at that price

id rather buy used tb and hack off the tps or find a throttle body in condition like mine and just replace my tb see where im left at.

i see money pleaaaaase pleaaaase let me know if it works for you

easy way to check is

face the circle thing where u plug in towards you and see if the thing with spring spins into your body or away from your body if its away from your body then its not going to work

the dx's go towards you

Thmotorsports can always be trusted. If something happens, they'll make it right. Just do that.

I tried to install the omni TPS and it's not compatible. the spring rotates in the opposite direction of my D15B1 DPFI TPS.. if you or anyone can find a good aftermarket one, please LET ME KNOW! I contacted someone at Omni and he said there were no aftermarket TPS avaailable that are compatible with my car. I guess I'll try my luck with a junkyard TPS of unknown condition.

http://www.clubcivic.com/board/showthread.php?t=191885

I found this option. Looks like the guy cut off the sensor part with a dremel and soldered the good part from the new tps onto the dpfi tps. If I decide to go this route, i'll let you know how it goes. I don't like messing with small electrical components, though so this may not happen.

yeah i have no clue what that would require to do. unless it's the original i wouldn't do it.

only option is mpfi conversion or get a throttlebody with tps or hack tps out junk yard car.... seriously only option ive tried it all
