cel solid on, key on, engine off
im having problems with my ef hatch, i have recently traded my accord for a 89 civic si hatch and im having trouble trying to start it up. car will crank but no spark, fuel with solid light can i get some help

The codes are checked on the ECU - there is a window where you can see the red LED flash with the key forward. It is under a goldish plate on the passenger side floor (near firewall). Welcome to OBD-0.
