I have been putting my turbo ls vtec together for a few months now and I am currently ready to buy a valvetrain. I have CTR cams but I'm not sure what brand I should go with for valves springs and retainers. Some people say crower is good some say not so good and the same for supertech, if you have any suggestions or recommendations, please share.

As for Oil i'm just curious what a good break in oil would be and once broken in, should I use a full synthetic oil and what brand?
