Default Cold start ticking

I have 2001 LX auto and it ticks for the first min or 2 until i start driving. it like the oil is not fully circulated until i start driving. it does not tick after the initial drive unless its been sitting all day, like when i leave work. 130k valves need to be adjusted?

If the valves haven't been adjusted, they need to be inspected. (and/or adjusted)

Intake: 0.18mm - 0.22mm (0.007 - 0.009 in.)
Exhaust: 0.23mm - 0.27mm (0.009 - 0.011 in.)

Oil is at the proper level?

What oil are you using? 5W-20?

Ever tested the oil pressure? Should be 10psi at idle, 50psi at 3,000 RPM. (when the engine is at operating temperature)

amost bet you its the valves, once they warm up the rocker and springs will expand b/c thats what metal does when heated thus causing the clearances to close in and the ticking goes away. (this is why you adjust valve when cold). on another note if your not sure of water/oil pumps and timing belt nows the time to get it done.
