I don't know why prices of Webs, Blades, SI's, etc have been going up so damn high. ***** not worth that much. I don't understand how they can say trade straight across for Rota's and crap. Your **** isn't worth that much, unless you have some really good tires on them.
350+ for webs, 450 for SI's. *****s on crack

because finding a clean pair is harder to find now a days. maybe not so much on the ls webs cause soo many people bought LS tegs. But finding a clean pair of Si wheels or gsr blades is hard to do. Though I have seen some pretty jacked up sets of Si rims that the seller assumed since they were Si's he'd be able to get 400 for them. 400 for a minty set with atleast 50% tires or better I can understand. But I aint paying 400 for a set that every rim has road rash and tires are bald as ****. I agree with you there. LS webs I wouldn't buy a set of those for more than 250, but I also dislike those the most out of all OEM wheels

I understand if they are in good condition and have decent tires. No complaining there. But when you look at them with curbs and 2 bald tires, and they are still looking for 400 ish. Its a Joke. I've bought many sets of wheels and most were around the 300 ish range. I just don't know where the extra $100 increase is coming from.

$450 for Si's is actually a decent price.
Totally agree.
When I was looking for Si's last year I meet a few sellers that claimed near mint condition but the rims were anything but mint. A few sellers even had the wrong size of tire and were using the wrong lug; yes, for some reason people show up with the rims on the car and expect the buyer to come back in a day or two when they have the "time" to swap rims.

Yeah I guess, I just remember when si's and blades were 300-350. Oh well, i just wanted to rant about it. I can appreciate nice OEM rims but its very annoying when some idiot thinks his messed up wheels are worth 400+
I guess the increase in price isn't just that people are willing to pay it, but that fanboy dumbasses think just because they have a set of Si wheels regardless of the condition they are worth top dollar.

for blades? I could maybe...maybe understand a super clean set of Si's with 70+ treaded tires, but not blades. unless they had brand spankin new tires with papers and haven't touched pavement yet lol
dude even if the tires were brand new, they are fkn oem wheels. i can get track Rs or slipstreams for that kinda money
How can the demand of the wheels increase when people are saying that the Honda Scene is dying? Supply I can understand seeing how people cant really take great care of wheels all the time. It is a difficult task to find clean OEM wheels but if you look long enough you will find them, to bad when this happens your broke as ****. (or maybe thats just me?)
sold a super clean set of si's with 85 percent for like 375 a few months back, wish I still had them. seen a few people on cl claiming they have a perfect set or brand new set, one was 600 for blades no tires, and the other was a guy with brand new si wheels that were powdercoated gun metal with brand new tires, wanted a grand. it's like are funking kidding me?

Yeah, I wouldn't mind paying to play. I've owned Advans, Volks, yadiya.. and I've paid 800+ for them. But when you're asking 500+ for OEM wheels.... you might as well save a fwe more hundred and get "real" wheels. jsutsayin
Guess I won't be buying OEM wheels for a while, just save and get much nicer wheels for just a little more.
