what kind of hp can u expect to get if u have the 9 lb pulley for the jrsc, Im in the middle of builing my block, sleeving it and so forth, anyway, just curious to see how much i could get out of it, thanks

 

I have ordered my pulley and its sitting in my closet as i type this. Matched with my hondata it should put me at about 255whp using RC 550cc injectors. If your looking to extract even more out of your setup of course get all of the bolt ons port and polish your head, and get a kamikaze header, carsound cat 2.5 and a 2.5 inch custom exhaust. that should put you around 265-270 or so i'm told. I love the JRSC!

 

If your engine is built you can run more aggressive timing. I've seen a couple dynos that showed 270+ and 220tq with aggressive timing on race fuel but this isn't suggested for stock engine blocks. Also a 25 shot of nitrous works wonders. If I was ever to build my block I would get the 9psi pulley and use a 25 shot for track purposes. It is supposed to be 50+whp. So that would put you over 300whp.

 

how many miles are on ur lude, the 97 lude that is, I have a 97 also, and im pushin 75 g's, .. I see a little smoke here and there from mine, do u think because it is running so rich, I have thermal catback, pullies, header, intake and vafc but thats not on yet....

 

I just hit 60k. 10k of it supercharged. I'll see a puff of black smoke when I cross in vtec every once in a while. I'm not worried about that. It is the white or grey smoke that you have to worry about.
