Default ITR valvesprings on an LS head?

Can it be done? I'm running an LS-T setup, and I rev way higher than I should (because I don't want to shift to 5th gear before the 1000' mark at the track)...I dropped a valve in #2 last weekend and am wondering if next time I can put ITR springs in to let it rev that high without having failure?
