Dad BLAM CEL!
okay, i have a 98 acura cl F23A1 engine, with over 250k 
i had the valves adjusted by a honda tech at the Stealer and since then i have noticed at LOW rpms 1200-2300 it sputters HORRIBLY.
today going out, it started doing it REAL bad and it threw 2 codes at me
p0301 CYL1 MisFire
p1399 mfg control ignition system OR misfire.
the EGR valve was completely stopped up, so i removed it cleaned the EGR runners and the EGR valve itself, Seemed to clear it up a tad bit but its Still sputtering like a ****.
Any Ideas?

Check the spark plug wires and spark plugs. Also check for any missing or loose grounds that may have been attached to the cam/valve cover. The tech may have missed them or not installed them properly.
