Icon6 Civic spitting, making crazy noises with VIDEO!

I have been hearing a crazy noise for the last week and today she seemed to have had it. I can hear a grinding noise sometimes and it is now spitting fluid at me. What can I remove or replace to fix it?

Sounds about right. Now should I remove it or replace? Anyone know the cost and time? I will be doing it myself

imo i remove power steering from all my cars. but that just me.
i would tigheten up all the bolts on the power steering where hoses are tighten up the tensioner to the belt. see if that does anything if it still wooble.
option
1-toss power steering
2-tighen everything up check if it fixz
3-new power steering pulley
4-new power steering lines and pump.
