im still undecided between vinyl wrapping it or painting.
but for now i want to get all the body work done and get the panels straight and all while i save up for either one.
this beeing a daily driver im not sure how to go about it.
i can sand it down to bare metal( i have to because of **** paint by previous OWNERS, yes many layers of it)
fill up the dings holes and dents...
but driving around it will rust if bare metal.
what can i use to protect the surface while driving around
and minimize the prep time that would be required by a paint shop
so all they have to do is lightly sand it( if needed , clean it up and spray is)
1 can i use the 99cent a can walmart paint for the time beeing and then sand it off myself right before i take it to paint shop.
2should i use the self etching primer from autozone since it will be enough time for it to dry completely.
or what would be the best AND cheapest way to go about it.
im not going to spend 5000 dollars on a paint job so i will try to do what i can myself so all the paint shop have to do is spray it.

here's my better advice...
use the search button. do some research and read as much as you can be4 you post a thread about something that has already been covered
