ok well theres more wrong then just my engine not reving past 4k but heres the jist...
i have a D16y8 swapped into my 91 hatch, its converted to mpfi and all obd1. im running a p28 stock ECU that I KNOW is good. i have a new dizzy new alternator new plugs newer spark plugs, did the timing and adjusted the valve lash to manual specs. I think there may be something wrong with the wiring because there no power getting to injectors 1 and 3. when i go to pull off the plugs to these 2 injectors nothing happens but when i pull off a plug to injector 2 or 4 the motor almost dies. when idling the car is emitting black smoke and is idling around 1800rpms, i have no idea what to look for in the wiring because the person who had it before me jimmy rigged wires together -.-......please help if you know anything and dont be a dick i just need help thanks

 

sorry for the quality of the pics ^^^^ but thats just some of the ****ed up wiring that was done before i got the car, and no i didnt know that **** was there lol
