Icon2 99 Civic/B20 swap - won't start and no power

Ok, so I just bought my first EK hatch the other day. It has a B20B swap in it, its a 99 Civic Dx Hatch. first the car car it died on me, then got it started a lil later. when the car wldnt start the horn, lights, nothing would work. But the battery and alternator tested to be good. Could it be my starter or the ground wires going to/from the starter or a fuse? ANY info would be greatly appricated I'm 18 and this is my only car and newish to the Honda world. So thanks in advance!

Be sure to create thread titles that describe the tech problem - edited.

I would start by cleaning and tightening the battery connectors and battery ground wire attached to the chassis.

Alright thank you! I'ma do that tmrw morning. If that doesnt fix it, would you suggest I get new fuses or whatever else and go from there? Cause I'm really hopeing that its not a bad starter. but I don't know if starters go bad often on B20's or Hond'as in general
