awd accord
Not in USDM, and to my knowledge anywhere.
There are Civics with an AWD system.
And there are none that are 'easy' to swap. Buy a Subaru or a RT-AWD Civic.....

Aside from their SUVs, Honda's only 4/AWD systems were on the aforementioned Civic and the SH, which had an unfortunately limited run on the Prelude and is available in some Acuras.
Except the Crosstour. You can get that in AWD, but let's not mention the Crosstour.

The SH stood for Super-Handling and had an ATTS transmission unit. Not SH-AWD you are confusing it with.
And I apologize, I confused the 4ws (4 wheel steering) 3rd gen Prelude with a 4wd system. They are not the same.
Current AWD offerings are
- Pilot
- Accord Crosstour
- Element
- CR-V
There was a Civic RT-AWD that I believe was only available in Wagon form.
I have been thinking of putting the element drivetrain into my CD accord. I don't know if it will mate with either a h22a or f22b1. All I know is that it's mated to the f23a. Just a dream. Sigh....too costly I fear.
If you have no experience/knowledge of reinforcing the chassis to cut the stock cabin and fabricate a driveshaft tunnel you probably shouldn't even consider changing an accord to RWD or AWD.
I didn't include Acuras.

I'm not sure why people randomly keep throwing out vehicles that come with AWD systems. I could say Subaru Baja - not going to change anything. None of the above mentioned cars are going to be anywhere remotely close to being 'bolt-in' or 'plug and play' and any SH-AWD systems are so computer controlled now it would be an electrical nightmare (probably impossible) to get the systems functioning correctly.
Balwin's statement is absolutely correct. As cool as the idea may be if you are asking these questions you probably do not have the technical know-how on how to properly modify the Accord to accept an AWD system. Hence my statement, buy a Subaru.

u fools forgot about the crv, they also came in awd, and forgot which gen the accord wagon in japan came with an awd option, think it was an si-r t wagon, hench how i got my aim screename 11 years ago lol
Not sure if it's easy to find in Japan nor if it's a true AWD or Electronic controlled. My guess would be that it's a true AWD and that it has electronic power steering controlled.
