Get P72 Rods, P72 Crank, and have them micro polished and balanced at a machine shop. Order P73-00 JDM pistons
PR3 Bearings (have a machinist tell you what color bearings to order)

Your block now has ITR internals. Do you need the head too?

Note: I should mention the ITR and GSR cranks are not identical, however they are identical in the sense they have the same bearing size, same rod length, same stroke

A machine shop will weigh the crank and spin it on a machine to determine if it is counter balanced correctly. If not they will remove metal in key areas to balance it

It would be probably be cheaper to find someone selling a short block B18C then to buy the parts new online. You'll have to get the bearings from some place like Majestic Honda, or find someone selling the set you need online.

Type r rods are a P73 also, they are stronger, not that is matters for most applications. The crank for the type R is heavier, and fully counter balanced setting it apart making it 30% smoother after 7000rpm...so don't think it's the same as a P72 gsr

The caps are from a GSR and are stamped P72. The push rods are stamped R and are P73. Thank you for the correction. As for the crank do you think balancing a GSR crank will be sufficient in a ITR application? I guess the argument against is Honda didn't think so
