Default f23a1 compression VS Mileage

i have a 98 acura cl 2.3 (f23a1) i ran a compression test on it today and it came up as follows
1 175
2 185
3 185
4 168

I also ran a cylinder leak down test on it and came up with a rather small cylinder leak on cylinder number 4 at about 14% Still in the Low Green section of the gauge

the issue i was having was the Ecm is throwing a "Lean" code, but the rear of my car tells a different story, the timing is set Dead on
the car has 250k miles and pulled those compression and cylinder leak numbers. is that a good reading for the mileage?

ALSO another issue im having with the car is the fact that at higher rpms, it tends to burn oil, ive pulled a plug to verify, and YES the plugs were ashy it threw a code p0171 System to lean
O2 sensor bank 1 sen 1 low circut voltage
and the
p0420 catalyst below threshold codes.
i ran a few diagnostics ran a custom data stream on my pegasyis unit and it looks like the 2 O2 sensors are virtually mirroring oneanother.
i ran the alldata checks, and went thru the list check fuel pressure, clean injectors BY HAND check regulator for being stuck ( open OR closed ) came across the Egr and found it to be MASSIVLY clogged i cleaned it out and took her for a ride, STILL Bellows Black smoke.
it ALSO blows blue smoke around 4500 rpms if i merge onto a highway and try to accelerate from oncomming traffic.

Any Ideas?

basic tune up? gaskets? just get a new motor, f23's are a dime a dozen.

well, if the motor is running the way it is now, i wouldnt wanna replace it. for 250k its running pretty good. buying a new motor isint an issue, but id rather just goahead and fix whats wrong with it as it is now and be happy with what i got. its pulling GREAT compression from what i was told at the dealer, and the leakdown test is Perfect, if not BETTER than many LOWER mileage engines. the EGR valve was Incredibly Stopped up so i cleaned it and reinstalled it and it runs 10x better. im thinking about pulling the intake itself and doing an through clean onit and sticking it into a HOTTANK and pressure washing it to make sure there is no Debris on it.
