98civd well ijus want more power from my engine and i thnk my engine is already ls/vtec.
but i want more power without doing turbo on it well not for now because nno money.

my budget i can spend for this moneth is 2000 so any of you guys have any idea?

Does your VC say Vtec? Do you have a Vtec solenoid? How are you unaware if you have a vtec head or not? Do you even have a b18b1?

Google go autoworks. You can get a turbo kit for under 2k. HOWEVER, your still need out things to make it worth while. Ecu, possible fuel system upgrades, cooling system etc.

SAVE, and do research. Boost is not something you want spoon feed to you. You need to your own homework, and research.

 

yes i have vtec head and yesi do have a b18b1. but iswear havin a vtec head does not mean u have vtec right away....... and i swear this thread is askin for help why are you even here if you dont want to help?! or tell me like i get off here if you gone getmad cause ppl ike me ask for help i bet u were askin for help when u 1st started... so get dont tell me i need research cause i do and this is part of it gettin experienced ppls opinoin and knowledge and combining my knowledge.. yeah so thanks for your help easy!

 

if you have your head as a vtec, you should see a little green cap to the lower left corner. And if your rev past 5000rpm you would know if you have vtec. If you do not currently i would first get that fixed its a cheap one that will help in performance. AS far as parts b16 trans. intake header exhaust, upgrade your cams maybe buy some itr cams. But you will need that tuned so best bet get yoursewlf s300 hondata. Then build it up from there your fuel system and go big and do turbo.

If you have a Vtec head, you should have Vtec. If you don't, you have some other issues that you need to fix.
