Mock-up. As in test fit.
You need to do some cutting and those brackets probably sandwich parts of the bumper between them.
Maybe you better email the seller for some instructions. It looks like you're no good with puzzles.

This is from the backside of the bumper, passenger (right) side.
Looking at mine now I wonder if the gold brackets are installed on the wrong sides. They've worked fine all this time.

I have seen some people who have needed new bumpers because they find out previously cut pieces are needed for the install though.
I know DEPO lights come with instructions but they're in horrible Engrish. I managed to figure them out years ago though. IIRC the Esuse ones come with instructions as well.
ok well i already cut out the middle piece to my bumper
and thanks NOFX for that picture i see how the black one goes on
lol and well your gold bracket says L so im guessing they are on the wrong sides
but oh well looks like it worked,
wow thanks a lot it really helped.
do you no if i made a mistake by cutting the middle pieces off?

OP. You're going to have to take the bumper off anyway to mount them. Cut the holes and mock the fogs up. It should become apparent how they go together.
The bumper is in the parts room while the car is under construction in the garage. I just snapped that photo to show the brackets. There's not much more to it than what you see there. Seriously.
Installation otherwise is the same as the rounds. Except the aftermarket ones have a lot more wiring than the OE ones. You already have an OE harness on your car, but aftermarket companies disregard that. There's installation instructions probably on the first page of this section right now. They're just for the round version so the brackets are different.

Those are likely the Esuse brackets though. Aftermarket companies do funny things sometimes... Like call the right side of a car the left.

If you cut out ALL of the grill then you messed up. You can't install these without parts of the grill to mount it to.
no i didnt cut out ALL the pieces,
i just cut out the pieces on the right and left side.
thats it
and i have no idea how to wire the damn thing lol

and ok yea i dont have the round ones, so i already put the brackets and everything in so im good on that part. i just need to know exactly how to install wires i guess now
I posted the installation instructions for OE lights earlier today. In this section. When I posted earlier it was likely on the first page still.
To wire them you can do it a couple ways. Either get an OEM harness and it will plug into the under dash fuse box I believe, and then just connect a couple grounds and attach it to the switch that goes in the dash.
Or do it like most kits. You'll need a relay, and enough wire and terminals to run from the fuse box by the battery to the bumper and from the dash to wherever you put the relay. On the relay you'll have 4 terminals. One will be ground, one will be a switched power. One will be battery, one will be the load (lights). When you supply power to the switched power, it will close and turn the lights on. The relays are about $6 at Farm & Fleet, and probably similar other places. I got mine specifically sold for fog lights. I'm sure others will work, just make sure it can handle the amperage your lights require, and it's for 12v dc power.
When wiring up the lights, especially using the eBay harness, you'll have to ad extra grounds. One ground per light.
